Shipping policy

We have Expedited Delivery Service  - get your order in 3-5 business days including Handmade Manufacturing! 

Standard shipping service (supported by national shipping providers ) is available by default and has following time frames for the delivery: 
- UK - 8-9 calendar days, 
- EU - 10-11 calendar days.

Processing Time
Please note that all orders require 1–6 business days for handling and preparation before shipping, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page.

If you have special requirements as for delivery date - please message us, we will try to find solutions and let you know available options.

Will you send gifts directly to the recipient?
Yes; Please enter the recipient's address in the shipping information when you check out. If you want a gift note, please leave a note when you check out with one or two sentences to include on the card.

Can you customize the products?
Yes, we can make custom items (according to your wishes about the size for example, or embroider items), please contact me on info@3hlinen.co.uk with your ideas.
