Great Service

Great service from outset. Nadine helped me to place an order for 2 sets of curtains with wave headings. She responded very quickly to queries and the whole ordering and delivery process was very speedy, especially as it was during the run up to Xmas.
As for the curtains themselves I’m very pleased with them!

My curtains arrived & I am very pleased with the quality & look I wanted to achieve. Initially, I had to make a couple of calls to confirm my order which had been logged as made to measure when, in fact, I wanted ready made. Once the price had been adjusted I felt more confident.
One odd thing..... I was asked if I would like to give a tip! I refused as I had never been asked this when buying goods & soft furnishing. Otherwise, nice people to deal with.
