My curtains arrived & I am very pleased with the quality & look I wanted to achieve. Initially, I had to make a couple of calls to confirm my order which had been logged as made to measure when, in fact, I wanted ready made. Once the price had been adjusted I felt more confident.
One odd thing..... I was asked if I would like to give a tip! I refused as I had never been asked this when buying goods & soft furnishing. Otherwise, nice people to deal with.
